This figure is brand new, sealed in the clamshell packaging, and never been displayed. This item was stored in and pulled from an original sealed factory case and has no price stickers or any shelf wear.

The Medieval Spawn character has ceased to exist due to a fight between Todd McFarlane and Neil Gaiman as to who owned the rights to the character.

This dispute was finally settled in court and McFarlane lost the rights to the character, which is why Medieval Spawn has not made any recent appearances. This character and hence this figure holds an interesting place in Comic book history.
