1881 Sport Cologne by Nino Cerruti 3.4 oz Eau De Toilette Spray (Tester) for Men. 1881 sport is a woody, aromatic cologne in limited edition from nino cerruti. Arriving on the scene in 2016, this fresh and light men??s cologne is a great choice by day and night, just right for a lunch date or casual dinner. Fresh off the top are lemon, bergamot and marine notes, which give way to cardamom, geranium, lavender and hedione. Base notes are white musk, cedar and mossy vetiver, which enhance and extend the remaining citrus. The house traces its roots to italy??s textile industry, when brothers antonio, quintano and stefano cerruti started a mill in the small town of biella in 1881. The business, which specialized in wool, eventually was run by a grandson, nino, who expanded operations and began designing clothing in 1957. Fashion great giorgio armani is said to have worked there as a designer in his early career. The fashion house was officially launched in 1967 and in the next decade, fragrances were added. Its first fragrance, nino cerruti for men, was released in 1978.
