Thermal Design

The large cold-forged VRM heatsinks and integrated aluminum I/O cover work with the high-conductivity thermal pad and dual embedded backplates to help ensure optimal performance with demanding workloads. Penta M.2 heatsink backplates are designed to avoid speed throttling with sustained data transfers. There is also a water-cooling zone that supports different pump configurations.
