Something has to fuel the Weber Summit S-470's four stainless steel burners (the main burner puts out over 48,000 BTUs of cooking power), and it isn't charcoal. The convenience of liquid propane has been beloved for years, and the Summit's grilling stand hides a large liquid propane tank within its spacious cabinet. Stash other gear down here to keep everything you'll need within reach; while grilling utensil hooks are built into the barbecue, the cabinet is a good spot to store extra drip trays, barbecue gloves, and tools.
