Its 14" anti-glare IPS display is driven by integrated AMD Radeon graphics and displays Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution video with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 600:1 contrast ratio, a brightness of 250 cd/m2, viewing angles of 85/85/85/85°, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and coverage of 45% of the NTSC color gamut. The built-in multi-touch functionality allows you to utilize the touch features and functions in Windows 11 Pro to further improve accessibility and productivity. This display is nearly borderless, providing more screen area by minimizing the amount of bezel.

For storage of your files, there is a 1TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD. If you'd like to connect external storage or devices such as optical drives, media card readers, printers, or scanners, the EliteBook 645 G9 has one 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port that supports Power Delivery and DisplayPort 1.4, plus three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one of which is powered and one of which supports Power Delivery. There is also an HDMI 2.0b port that supports external displays. Connect to the internet via Gigabit Ethernet or Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), and pair compatible wireless peripherals with Bluetooth 5.2 technology to free up USB ports for more important devices. Other integrated features include a user-facing 720p webcam with a privacy shutter, dual 2W stereo speakers, and dual-array mics.

HP's 14" EliteBook 645 G9 includes a 65W power adapter and a 3.3' power cord. It can also be powered using the integrated long-life 3-cell / 42.75Wh lithium-ion polymer battery that lasts for up to 17.5 hours before recharging is required, and can be recharged up to 50% in 30 minutes when the system is powered off or in standby mode. The installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro (64-bit).
