With five radiant heating elements at your disposal, you'll have room for an entree, sauces, and sides all in one place. The most powerful element on this GE 36" electric cooktop accommodates three sizes of cookware, 6", 9", 12", with 3000W of power for the largest pots and pans. Similarly, the Power Boil heating element can offer either a 5" or an 8" cooking area with 2,400W to get water boiling fast. Like many GE Profile Cooktops, the PP9036SJSS also includes a pair of burners which you can sync to provide even heat to large cookware, such as a griddle. These 7", 1500W cooking elements line the left side of the cooktop ready to serve. Lastly, a precise 6", 1200W element sits in the back right, allowing you to melt or simmer delicate items with ease. To help you manage so many dishes at once, this GE 36" electric cooktop lets you set timers for each specific heating element.
