Optoma Technology ZH406 Overview

Enjoy bright images and high dynamic contrast with the Optoma ZH406 4500-Lumen Full HD Laser DLP Projector. Its native 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution displays data and images clearly at various viewing distances, while its 300,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio helps enhance detail in dark images. Its 1.4 to 2.24:1 throw ratio allows you to place the projector far from the screen without losing focus.

The ZH406 features VGA, RCA composite video, and two HDMI inputs, one of which is MHL-compatible for wired streaming from your compatible smart device. Dual onboard 15W speakers mitigate the need for an external speaker system, but you can connect one with the 1/8" output. An IR remote with a built-in laser pointer is included as an added convenience.

DLP Technology

DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a Texas Instruments technology designed to provide high contrast, fast response time, enhanced pixel structure, and virtually no color degradation.

Four-Corner Adjustment

Four-corner geometric correction helps you make quick and easy image adjustments from any of the corner points of the image. This is particularly useful when projecting onto an uneven or angled projection surface.

Vertical Lens Shift

Vertical lens shift simplifies installations by shifting the image up and down without distortion to accommodate a wider range of projector placement possibilities, making it easier to position the projector.

Direct Power On

Turn the projector on directly from the power source for easy installation with power-on timers. The sleep timer can be used to turn the projector off after a set time.

Signal Power On

The projector can power on when it receives a signal via HDMI, ensuring that it's turned on at the same time as the source device.

RS-232 Control

Control the projector using HEX or ASCII commands via RS-232. Compatible software options include Extron, AMX, and Telnet.

Compatible with Crestron RoomView Network Control

Optional Crestron software provides a custom-configurable interface to monitor, manage, and control compatible devices and up to 250 projectors remotely from nearly any computer.
