Automatic Voltage Regulation Protects Against Brownouts and Overvoltages

To protect connected equipment from the harmful effects of voltage fluctuations, the LS604WM features built-in automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to provide a targeted response to overvoltages and undervoltages (brownouts). The LS604WM corrects brownouts as low as 87V and overvoltages up to 140V back to safe, 120V AC power, meeting ANSI C84.1 specifications.

EMI/RFI Line Noise Filtering

Various electromagnetic and radio sources can cause disruptive interference on the AC line. This EMI/RFI line noise is a common cause of incremental hardware damage, data corruption and audio/video performance problems. The LS604WM incorporates technology that filters out disruptive line noise so that equipment performs at its peak.

AC Line Surge Suppression

The LS604WM exceeds the IEEE-587 standard for surge suppression (both categories A and B) by providing 720 joules of surge suppression against incoming transient voltages damaging valuable electronics. Includes full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G) line surge suppression.
