"I strongly believe the right answer is Instagram. Small businesses can always use any edge they can get, especially when it comes to marketing. It is not always easy fighting the competition, and for that reason creativity can sometimes be the best solution. If your small business has been doing well on social media up to this point, you may want to consider one of the most essential platforms, Instagram."

Small businesses need not to hire a full time social media manager. They should first experiment with different professionals for some time and for this, they should go with freelancers who can manage their profile for a short duration. If their services are suitable for that particular business and business owner likes their work, these freelancers can be contracted for long duration also. I am not talking about online available freelancers only ( though they are experienced and reliable) but one can go with their local freelancers also. But in that case, they have to invest time to search for a person who can provide them the required work.
