"Spirit of the Glass" is a chilling Tagalog horror animation that revolves around a group of friends—Joey, Anna, Mark, and Nina—who decide to play a popular supernatural game involving a glass and a board with letters during a sleepover. Intrigued by ghost stories and curious about the afterlife, they gather around the table late at night and summon a spirit using the glass as a conduit. At first, the game seems harmless, with the glass moving slightly and answering their playful questions.
However, things quickly take a dark turn when the spirit they summon begins to give cryptic and disturbing messages. The glass moves violently, and strange occurrences start happening in the house—doors slamming, lights flickering, and eerie whispers surrounding them. Unbeknownst to the group, they have accidentally summoned a malevolent entity that now refuses to leave. The spirit attaches itself to each of them, slowly revealing their darkest secrets and fears.
As the hauntings intensify, the friends realize that the only way to break the connection and banish the spirit is to complete a dangerous ritual. They must confront the entity before it consumes their lives entirely. However, the spirit plays mind games, turning them against one another, making survival a matter of trust and courage.
"Spirit of the Glass" explores themes of curiosity, fear, and the dangers of meddling with the supernatural. The animation combines the suspense of the unknown with the terror of a malevolent force, reminding viewers of the risks involved in trying to communicate with the spirit world.
